Our Clinical Preceptor Program equips experienced clinicians with the tools, guidance, and confidence needed to effectively mentor learners in a supportive, real-world environment; enhancing both preceptor readiness and learner success. Preceptors serve as coaches and role models guiding case preparation, encouraging clinical reasoning, and helping translate classroom concepts into safe patient care. This program emphasizes consistent feedback, psychological safety, and progressive autonomy so learners can build confidence while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.  We aim to create a positive learning culture that benefits patients, students, and the profession alike.
